㈡ 2021年首只退市股！老板曾买下英超球队，如今变成老赖

才迎来2021年几天，*ST天夏（000662.SZ）就已提前锁定退市，即将告别A股，由此成为2021年首只退市股。

截至1月7日收盘，*ST天夏股价0.67元，近140万手卖单封死跌停。已连续16个交易日低于1元的“面值退市”红线，就算剩余的交易日全部涨停，股价也无力回天。

此外，目前*ST长城、*ST环球、*ST新光的股价均低于1元面值，其中*ST长城已经连续13个交易日低于1元，处境也已相当危险。

股价暴跌98%，市值已不足当年零头

*ST天夏的前身是广西康达，早在1996年就登陆了A股。后来公司多次易主，也多次变更名称，先后更名广西红日、索芙特、天夏智慧等。其中时间最长、最有名的则是从2004年起更名为知名日化品牌“索芙特”。

索芙特是中国功能性日化护理界的开山鼻祖，也曾有过辉煌，多年来拥有较高品牌知名度和美誉度，堪称一个“国民品牌”。特别是索芙特防脱发洗发水，由明星李连杰、古天乐先后代言，还一度成为网红级产品。直到今天，索芙特防脱洗发水、防脱育发液，以及各种洁面乳、沐浴露之类产品，在线上线下平台都还有不错的销量。

不过上市公司索芙特后来因涉足多元化经营未成功，导致公司陷入持续亏损。从2010年起，索芙特扣非后净利润连亏6年。长期的亏损，导致索芙特走上了一条“重组-失败-再重组”之路，但多次重组均以失败告终。

直到2016年，天夏科技借壳索芙特登陆A股，股票也更名为天夏智慧。然而借壳后没多久，公司营收、净利再度出现大幅下滑。2019年公司净亏损高达50.73亿元，并被审计机构出具无法表示意见的审计报告，股票也被ST。2020年4月，公司因涉嫌信息披露违法违规，被证监会立案调查。2020年三季报显示，公司前三季度营收仅883万元，而亏损则超过2000万元。

随着公司经营持续下滑，*ST天夏的股价也江河日下，截至1月7日收盘仅剩0.67元，市值还剩7.32亿元。与公司最风光的2015年相比，当年6月达到最高峰28.36元（前复权），市值达到310亿元。如今累计下跌了98%，市值蒸发超300亿元，已不到当年的一个零头。

曾买下阿斯顿维拉足球俱乐部

说起*ST天夏，还不能不提到一个集“天才少年”“哈佛最年轻教授”“英国球队老板”“资本大鳄”等名号于一身的人物：天夏科技集团创始人夏建统。

夏建统，1974年10月出生，浙江衢州人，海归企业家。在多家媒体的报道中，其14岁上大学，19岁赴美留学，在24岁成为哈佛历史上最年轻的设计学教授。不过这名“天才少年”的履历也令人生疑，并引发“打假斗士”方舟子出手打假，方舟子从哈佛设计学院确认夏建统当时博士还没毕业，只是助教，而非教授。对此夏建统回应称“是媒体搞错了”。

从2015年开始，夏建统通过资本运作，先后出手收购了莲花味精（后更名为莲花健康，600186.SH）、索芙特、远程电缆（曾更名睿康股份，现ST远程，002692.SZ）三家上市公司，在很短时间内便构筑了资本市场的“睿康系”。

不过真正让夏建统受到社会广泛关注的，还是其于2016年出资6000万英镑，收购英格兰阿斯顿维拉足球俱乐部，并亲自担任俱乐部主席。阿斯顿维拉成立于1874年，是英格兰历史最悠久的俱乐部之一，这一年从英超惨遭降级，于是浙商夏建统出手“抄底”。

当时正值体育产业爆发，中国资本去海外购买球队一度成为流行的生意。而夏建统本人也是一个球迷，上高中时还踢过学校足球队的前锋。可惜球队战绩不佳，连续两个赛季冲英超均未能成功，导致陷入财务泥潭。而此时A股上市公司莲花健康也业绩亏损，市值大损。因为缺钱，夏建统无奈出让了部分俱乐部股份。

2019年，阿斯顿维拉俱乐部终于重返英超，但对于夏建统已经不是一个好消息。根据收购协议，球队重返英超后他还需要额外支付3000万英镑。然而他已无力支付这笔款项，由此失去了在俱乐部最后的股份，这家英超俱乐部也结束了短暂的中资时代。

从“资本大鳄”到“老赖”

今天的“睿康系”已经全面崩溃，夏建统曾经掌控的三家上市公司均已先后易主。如今*ST天夏除了业绩不佳外，还面临子公司破产、大股东股权遭拍卖、因信披违规遭立案调查等困境。莲花健康原控股股东浙江睿康投资有限公司持有的股份被拍卖后，已彻底与“睿康系”脱离关系；ST远程则因原实控人夏建统等人一笔5500万元的“旧账”逾期，近期再收民事起诉状。

2019年10月18日，北京市第三中级人民法院发布悬赏公告，悬赏30万元寻找被执行人夏建统的下落。至此，夏建统从“天才少年”到“资本大鳄”，最终走到了“老赖”这一步。

红星资本局致电其担任法人代表的多家公司，包括联合睿康集团、杭州天夏科技集团、杭州慧谷投资有限公司等，要么无人接听，要么电话里表示已经联系不上他本人。另有公司前员工表示，自己有10个月工资被拖欠，社保公积金也断缴。

今天的夏建统从公众视线消失已有一年时间，其微博最后一次更新停留在2020年1月18日。翻阅其中评论，有无数留言在喊话夏建统“别躲了”、“出来还钱”。

同花顺level-2分时会提示信号，帮助进行高抛低吸操作。

一、如何解读高抛低吸？
1、高，相对低来说，是指高位，即顶部；
2、抛，是讲卖出股票的动作；
3、低，有低价格，低位的意态晌仔思，但是真正的意思是低位，就是底部的意思；
4、吸，是一种买入的动作，因为底部人气低迷，交投惨淡，成交量一般很小，所以只能用吸，而不是大口的喝。吸，像吸管吸奶茶一样，像蚊子吸血一样，很享受，很残忍。

二、如何高抛低吸？
1、选择刚刚从底部启动，形成上升趋势的股票；
2、要掌握该股的股性，主力经常早盘拉起，中盘砸下，尾盘又拉起，几乎每日如此；
3、要有良好的盘面感觉，早盘拉起时，感觉拉不动了，就及时卖出，动作要快，砸下时感觉砸不动了，就及时买入；
4、拉起卖出后，当天必须买回，如果第二天再买回，就重新计算成本了。

三、如何做好高抛时机的把握？
1、从K线上看，动态股价背离5天线时，可以进行高抛操作；
2、从布林线看，当布林线走出上轨时，可以进行高抛操作；
3、从KDJ指标看，当J值达90以上，或100以上时，此时卖出，近一周_应有可观的差价；
4、从分时走势看，当个股异动或上涨之后，其股价超出均价(黄线)过高时，可果断卖出，快则几分钟就会有差价，慢则一小时，股价回归均价的可能性很大；
5、大盘即将下跌或跳水之际。由于大盘持续震荡，个股必将跟随震荡，这时应该结合大谨唯盘震荡选择高点。

要做“高抛低吸”，我们首先来看一下该股的分时图，假设该股高开6个点，随后开始上攻。如果从分时图中可以看出，该股上攻乏力，每一次上涨高度都不及前一帆汪次。随即大盘开始出现回调，这时该股也出现快速跳水。这里我们要强调一点，就是不要在下跌过程中去买股票，而要等到止跌股价掉头的时候买入。该股在快速下跌后立马止跌，这时候同花顺level-2分时突破提示“积”信号，显示短期内有大量资金在流入，此时就是最好的买点，应果断介入。随后股价开始快速冲高，稳健的投资者在第一波冲高回调时立即卖出，激进一点的投资者也可以再等等观察冲高回调后调整的情况。如果股价调整时重心不断上扬就可以等待第二次冲高时卖出。
